We are all dealing with this significant issue. Our hearts and prayers go out to all who have been affected by the COVID-19 coronavirus.
Here at G&C the safety of our customers, family, friends and employees is our top priority. We are closely monitoring the situation and are taking preventive steps to ensure proper cleanliness.
We will be wiping down all touched surfaces hourly, such as the front door handle, light switches, lounge areas, remotes, and counters.
We have taken the snacks, toys, and loose items down to reduce the risk of contamination. (Our G&C swag will be back as soon as this blows over!)
We will be washing hands at least hourly and using rubber/nitrile gloves in and on vehicles. We will also be using seat covers and steering wheel covers to prevent any hand to vehicle contact.
We will have hand sanitizer available at the front counter area to be used if needed.
We have encouraged any who feel ill to stay home as we don't want to encourage the spread of this illness any further.
In this trying time, we will be offering a FREE pickup and dropoff service to anyone who may require it. If you are at home with the kids, have too much tele-work to do or just don't want to leave the house, we will schedule you to take the additional burden of auto repair or maintenance away. As a part of the pickup and drop off service we will be using steering wheel covers, seat covers and gloves when we are transporting your vehicle.
We are continuously monitoring our policies to ensure we are providing the resources and flexibility to our customers that you know and love. If there is anything we can do to help ease your time, please don't hesitate to let us know.
